Magazine Release 2023-24
On 28th October 2024, our school hosted an exclusive program for the release of its Annual School Magazine, **INSPIRON**. The event commenced with a melodious invocation song by the students of Std 8, setting a serene tone for the evening. This was followed by a warm welcome speech.Dr. Sachidananda Benegal, Phd & PGP IIMB and Engg. CS in NITK, an esteemed alumnus of PPEC, Indiranagar, graced the occasion as the chief guest. The program was further honoured by the presence of Secretary Shree S K Bhat and Hon. Committee member Brig. H. B. Hande, The Chief Guest shared valuable insights with students during the press meet.
The event began with an introduction and a glimpse of the magazine by Mrs. Hema, who highlighted its purpose, themes, and contributions from students and staff. She emphasized the hard work that went into its creation, showcasing various sections that reflect the school culture and achievements.
The highlight of the event was the formal release of the magazine. Dr. Sachidananda unveiled ‘’INSPIRON 2023-24’’ amidst applause, marking a significant moment for the school community. In his inspiring address, he spoke about the right use of technology and chat generative AI, stressing on the idiom, "With great power comes great responsibility. "He also discussed the seductive power of dopamine in online games, videos, and social responses, and emphasized the importance of "owning our lives" to navigate these challenges.
The Secretary praised the students' creativity and encouraged them to pursue their passions. Certificates for meritorious students were awarded by the chief guest, recognizing their outstanding achievements.
The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the Chief Guest, the Editorial Team, Dignitaries and all the attendees for their support. The magazine release event was a resounding success, celebrating the talent and efforts of our students and serving as a platform to express pride in our school activities.
Founders’ Day Celebration – 5th July 2024
On the auspicious occasion of Founders’ Day, held on July 5, 2024, we honored the visionary founders of our institution: His Holiness Shree Vibudhesha Theertha Swamiji and Dr. P.J. Bagilthaya,
our esteemed founder Secretary.
The event commenced with a soul-stirring invocation song, accompanied by floral tributes to our revered founders.
Mrs. Kumuda Abhyankar, our Principal, delivered an inspiring speech, eloquently recalling the founders' vision and tireless efforts.
Our distinguished guests for the day were Dr. Shylesh M.P., a renowned consultant in neuro and spine surgery at Fortis Hospital, and Mr. Mahesh Babu,
the proprietor of “Earthly Farms.” Both guests are accomplished alumni and experts in their respective fields.
Dr. Shylesh captivated the audience with a well-structured presentation on “Stem Cells, Nanotechnology, and Robotics.” His insights were both informative and aligned
with the latest advancements in these fields. Meanwhile, Mr. Mahesh Babu enlightened us on microgreens cultivation and the manifold benefits of mushroom farming.
Highlighting student participation, three talented Class 10 students—Eashwar, Mukund Raag, and Chinmay—presented their meticulously researched topic: “Role of Light in Ancient Temples.”
They eloquently described how ancient architects strategically positioned sunlight within temple structures to enhance positive energy.
Acknowledging excellence, prizes were awarded to meritorious Olympiad students. Additionally, Kum.
Shriya Hegde of 10B received recognition for securing the first position in the Essay Competition conducted by the Karnataka Pollution Control Board.
In his address, Secretary Shri S.K. Bhat expressed admiration for our alumni returning as chief guests and guest lecturers. He commended the students' conceptual
clarity and presentation skills, urging them to carry forward the founders' noble vision.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by the rendition of the National Anthem—a fitting tribute to our founders and their enduring legacy.
